1.  Can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your purchase on your My Account page. 


2.  What is your return/exchange policy?

    You may return unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. You may exchange an item for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges shipped back within 30 days of receipt of purchase are free.  We will issue you a pre-paid return label.

    There is a 30-day limit on returns.  Any items returned after 60 days will be returned to sender.


    3.  Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

      We do not have a physical Kaktus retail location, but the Kaktus seasonal collection is available at many boutiques and retailers across the country.  To find one near you please write to us here.


      4.  I saw an item that I like on your social media but it’s sold out. Will it be restocked?

        As a specialty retailer, we make limited quantities of each of our styles.  We typically do not restock items, however it is possible that we will bring a style back in different colors and/or prints for a future season. 


        5.  What payment options does Kaktus accept?

          We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.


          6.  I can’t find the item I’m looking for. How can I search for it?

            You can search for an item by typing keywords in the search bar at the top right corner.  You can also refine your search by color, size, and/or price on the sidebar within each collection category.


            7.  How do I use a coupon or discount code?

              At the checkout screen, on the right hand side, below your selected items is a box that reads ‘Discount’.  Type in the coupon/discount code here and hit ‘Apply’.


              8.  I’m not sure what my size is. Is there a sizing chart on the site?

                Yes, there is.  On each individual product page, below the product details is a section with a size chart for both Missy and Plus sizes.


                9.  Do I need to create an account to place an order?

                  You do not need to create an account to place an order with us.  However, by creating an account you will receive the following benefits:

                  - Faster and more efficient checkout.

                  - Option to save your address and payment method.

                  - View your order history

                  - Access to a wishlist


                  10.  How do I cancel or edit my order?

                    When you place your order, we work quickly to process it and get it out to you.  Typically we can cancel or edit an order within 24 hours within being placed.


                    11.  Do you ship international?

                      Kaktus ships to customers all over the world! (International shipping rates may apply).


                      12.  How long will it take to receive my order? How much will shipping cost?

                        Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 2-3 business days.  Domestic shipping within the United States is FREE.


                        13.  When I make a return, will I be refunded the full amount of my order?

                          All unworn and undamaged items shipped back within 30 days will be refunded the full amount of the order.
